I’m Colin Hamilton, a Registered Victorian Building Practitioner and I began my journey in the building industry in 1988 renovating, restoring, and extending Victorian, and other Period style homes in the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne.

Today, with over 30 years experience in the construction of new homes, extensions, renovations and restorations, I know how building elements, components and systems must work together to make for a successful build.

Our Purpose is to provide detailed building element, component, system and structural inspections reports efficiently, with integrity and without prejudice. Inspect, Identify and Report.

Our vision is to become the Industry Leader for all home building inspections for Homeowners, Investors and Building Professionals alike. We will not be limited by the scope of our reports and we will aim to provide a “One Stop Shop” for our clients, servicing the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area.
